At MOCKYEAH21, we carefully inspect every product before shipment. We want you to enjoy your purchase and are committed to providing a fair and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Free from scratches, stains, odors, or other signs of use
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials
The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
A return may be refused if the product has been damaged, altered, worn, washed, stained, or otherwise used after delivery.
Returns may also be refused where the value of the product has materially decreased due to the customer's use or responsibility.
For leather products, minor variations in color, grain, texture, wrinkles, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects by themselves.
Products damaged by improper handling, storage, cleaning, exposure to water, heat, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, or other improper care are not eligible for return.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: cs@mockyeah21.com
(Statutory warranty and consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by this condition.)
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, MOCKYEAH21 will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The original shipping fee, if any, is generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges paid by the customer in connection with an international order may not be refundable by MOCKYEAH21.
5. How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Do not send a return to the business address without receiving return instructions from MOCKYEAH21.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
6. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition.
If the returned product meets the requirements of this policy, we will approve the return and process the refund.
If the product does not meet the return requirements, we may reject the return and return the product to the customer at the customer's expense, where permitted by applicable law.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After the return has been approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–10 business days.
The actual time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for different colors, sizes, or products.
Where an exchange is requested, we may recommend returning the original product and placing a new order, subject to product availability.
9. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with the return shipping requirements of their country.
Customers are also responsible for any customs procedures, duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning an item, except where the return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment.
10. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at cs@mockyeah21.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, the cancellation request will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
